God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us.
Acts 17:27

Why Scotland?

200 years ago, Scottish people had the vision to plant churches wherever they went they even sent the word to the US and impacted nations worldwide. Now, 200 years later, Scotland is a country that has become steeped in secularism and there is an urgent need for our help. We want to send the word back to them.We saw the need, we fell in love with the people, we heard the Caledonian call

Our Philosophy

To work toward a regional church-planting movement in the central belt of Scotland. We want to empower Scottish churches to plant churches for kingdom advancement. In short, helping Scottish churches plant Scottish churches.

Our Vision

We as God's creation acknowledge the sovereignty of God and understand his complete authority. This is not only the basis of our being counted righteous, but also the means by which we have been allowed to be involved in the building of his kingdom of truth. We exist because of God's love for us, and upon that truth we live lives of loving service in the spreading of the gospel. As citizens of the kingdom, we humbly step forward to live because of and in service to the King.

We, as Christians, live in a repaired relationship with God because of redemption through his Son. Knowing that by means of Christ's beautiful body God has chosen to draw the nations in, we wish to serve the body and therefore hope to play some role in accomplishing God's will on earth. We are the ones who are willing to go. We are brothers and sisters; we are family. We exist to glorify God, to seek and save the lost and walk in the steps of Christ.

We want to exhibit our citizenship to others by turning away from our former lives in the world and embracing Christian community and a walk in the light. We do this by emulating a Christ-like attitude, which stands in principled contrast to the world. We seek unity rather than division, servitude rather than pride, the interests of others rather than our own, truth rather than tolerance, love rather than hate and peace with God rather than peace with the world.

As Christians, it is our stewardship, given by God, to be the hands and feet of Christ on earth. On a practical basis, as the body, we are to serve those who are in need, comfort the sick and hurting, and share with those in darkness the light of Christ. We strive to embody His sacrifice by taking up our cross in God's redemptive mission, fully trusting His promises along the journey. Our hope is in the resurrection - inspired by His and fueled by the anticipation of our own.
